You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thera, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in California. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class action.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND THERA ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

8. Force Majeure

Thera shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, changes in laws or regulations, labor disputes, and technical failures.

Phone Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you:

• Consent to receive calls from Thera at the phone number provided
• Agree to only provide your personal phone number, not a business or third-party number
• Understand that standard calling rates may apply
• Can revoke this consent at any time by contacting support

13. Ending Terms

These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by you or by Thera.

By using Thera, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
